COVID-19 | We are open for business!

Dear Valued Stotz Customer,

There is nothing we value more than the health and well-being of our employees, customers and communities. Due to the unprecedented times we are all navigating through, we thought it might be helpful if we communicate to you the efforts that we are taking to do our part to limit the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus.

• We are open for business. Even in areas with Shelter in Place decrees, it is our understanding that essential businesses such as ours shall remain open. 
• We have enhanced our cleaning procedures at all locations and are educating our teams on best practices recommended by the CDC. 
• We are requiring all employees to stay home if sick and to work from home if feasible, and we are canceling all non-essential travel and events.
• Please be understanding with our people when it comes to social distancing. If our technicians, parts people or salespeople become sick, they can’t serve you. Even in areas that may currently be less effected, we are instructing our teams to strictly abide by the CDC guidelines, not to shake hands and to keep a proper distance from others.
• If you have questions for Parts, Sales, Service or Precision Technology that don’t require an in-person visit, please give us a call or text your local expert.
• We encourage you to order parts through our Customer Portal. This can be accessed from our website, www.StotzEquipment.com. You can select “Customer Login” or “Create Account” at the top of the homepage. In addition to ordering parts, this portal also allows you to print copies of your invoices, request service, check repair status, view quotes and add/remove equipment to/from your profile.
