He questioned whether their absence would leave a void or if others would simply fill their role in selling equipment and supporting customers. Guided by their purpose statement—"Creating a better life for our families, communities and those connected to the land"—Rosztoczy believes that while the broader industry might remain unchanged, the company’s unique approach to customer service, employee development, and community engagement has made a lasting difference in ways that extend beyond just equipment sales.
